Request Data Deletion

Your privacy matters to us. If you have interacted with So&So Marketing and would like to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you, you may do so using the details below.

This request will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).


What Data Can Be Deleted?

You may request the deletion of personal data such as:

  • Contact form submissions

  • Email communications

  • Client details from past projects (where legally permissible)

  • Marketing and mailing list subscription data

Please note that we may be required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, tax or contractual reasons. This may include (but is not limited to) invoices, accounting records, or documentation relating to completed services.

Where data cannot be deleted, it will be securely retained only for as long as required by law.


How to Request Data Deletion

“Data Deletion Request”

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used when contacting us

  • Brief details of your interaction with us (for example, the date of a project or enquiry)

This helps us locate your data and process your request efficiently.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is received, we will:

  1. Confirm your identity if required

  2. Review the personal data we hold

  3. Delete any data we are legally permitted to remove

  4. Respond within 30 days confirming deletion or explaining any lawful exemptions

Most requests are completed well within this timeframe.
